Box H, Temperance, Michigan 48182, and the Lake Erie Transportation Commission, a/k/a Lake Erie Transit, an intergovernmental organization created by law and contract between the City of Monroe, a city in the County of Monroe, Michigan, and the Charter Township of Frenchtown, a charter township in the County of Monroe, Michigan, (hereafter, “LETC”), whose address is 1105 West Seventh Street, Monroe, Michigan 48161.
