This Agreement, consisting of the schedule below (the “Schedule”), the general terms thereafter (the “Terms”) and the attached FIFA Regulations for Public Viewing Exhibitions (the “Appendix”), sets out the conditions under which the LICENSEE (as defined below) shall be entitled to present public screenings of the EVENT (as defined below). All capitalised expressions used in this Agreement shall have their respective meanings as set out in the Schedule or as defined in the Terms or Appendices unless the context otherwise expressly requires.
