This Memorandum of Understanding signed on dated indicated below is entered into as of September 14, 2020 between the City of Carpinteria, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 620 representing the City of Carpinteria General Services Bargaining Unit and the Public Works Bargaining Unit, hereinafter referred to as the "Affected Employees".
