The following data protection terms and conditions (the “Data Protection Terms”), including all appended Schedules and Annexes, form an integral part of the underlying Agreement (the “Agreement”). These Data Protection Terms govern the responsibilities of the Parties with respect to the processing of Customer Personal Data in the course of Customer’s use of the Solution and related services (the “Services”). The Parties agree that these Data Protection Terms replace or supersede any existing Data Protection Terms or similar documents that the Parties may have previously entered into with regard to the Services. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Agreement and these Data Protection Terms and any Schedules or Annexes hereto, the Data Protection Terms and/or any applicable Schedule or Annex shall govern.
