Florence Beal celebrated her 100th birthday on November 19th, 2013. What a wonderful achievement! On behalf of RTO/ERO District 7 , Shirley Plant, one of the volunteers who visit some of our members in the county, presented Florence with flowers and chocolates. Florence was also given a certificate which stated," This certificate is presented to Florence Beal as she enters our young at heart club 100 years young.
