THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into by and between the CITY OF PAMPA, TEXAS, a home-rule municipality located in Gray County, Texas (the “City”) and the GREATER PAMPA AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, a Texas non-profit corporation having its office and principal place of business in the City of Pampa, Gray County, Texas (the “Chamber”).

Upon execution of this agreement the City Secretary shall remit to the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, Inc. an amount equal to one hundred twenty-three thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars and 05/100 ($123,125.05) of the local hotel occupancy tax receipts, and on February 1, 2024 an amount equal to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) of the local hotel occupancy tax receipts.
