This Amendment to the Xbox Publisher License Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into and effective as of March 1, 2005 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) by and between Microsoft Licensing, GP, a Nevada general partnership (“Microsoft”), and ACTIVISION PUBLISHING, INC.
