This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among the parties listed below to help fund and/or develop the 2021 Puget Sound Maritime Emissions Inventory Update (hereafter PSEI). These parties are collectively referred to as the PSEI Project Funding Committee (hereafter, the “Project Funding Committee”), and individually as “Members.”
