This Agreement, including all referenced documents and the product terms (the current versions attached hereto) and also located at https://puppet.com/legal (“Product Terms”), is between Puppet, Inc. (“Puppet”) and you, the Federal government or public sector purchaser of the license to the applicable software product (the “Software”) (“Customer” or “Ordering Activity”) purchasing under a prime contract with an authorized Puppet reseller. This Agreement is effective (“Effective Date”) as of the date that the Customer downloads the Software.

BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE (AS DEFINED BELOW), YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OUTLINED IN THIS AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”) AND YOU ARE REPRESENTING THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE PERSON OR COMPANY THAT WISHES TO USE THE SOFTWARE (THE “COMPANY”) TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND ARE UNCONDITIONALLY CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. COMPANY’S CONTINUED USE OF THE SOFTWARE SHALL ALSO CONSTITUTE ASSENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF COMPANY DOES NOT UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE, OR IF INSTALLED, UNINSTALL THE SOFTWARE. IF THESE TERMS ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER, ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS.
