After 16 weeks, yearly vaccinations are required.

Health Guarantee: The breeder guarantees that upon purchase, the puppy is in good health and has been immunized and wormed according to its accompanying health record. The puppy has been vet checked and has a Health Certificate. We do encourage you to take your puppy to a veterinarian (at your cost) after you receive your puppy as we do have a 10 day replacement policy if for some reason it is found to have a major health problem as diagnosed in writing by a licensed veterinarian (DVM). However, any minor conditions that are easily correctable and will go away are not covered by our replacement policy. We will reimburse you for the cost of medication/procedure, but only if the puppy was taken to the veterinarian within 10 days.

This deposit is your guarantee that we will not place the puppy of your choice with someone else. This deposit is also our guarantee that you will be purchasing the puppy specified; therefore the deposit is non-refundable. We realize that circumstances may change, and will try to work with you to find the puppy you desire. You will be notified when you puppy is ready to come to his/her new home. This is usually at 8 weeks of age. If you have not made arrangements to pick up or receive your puppy, we will assume this puppy is available for others. If your puppy is paid in full, we can hold your puppy for you. We will work with you to get your puppy to you in the time frame that works best for you.
