The total amount to be paid for the dog is $1,300, of which $200 dollars is a non-refundable deposit. Agreement only goes into effect once deposit is received and agreement filled out and returned to seller. The remaining amount of $1100 dollars (after deposit) is due when the dog is 8 weeks of age if being held more than 5 days over, or on pick up - whichever comes first. The dogs pick up date will be agreed upon between the Seller and Purchaser, with the pickup date being no later Christmas Eve or the Purchaser waives all right to the Seller. Deposit will hold the dog for the Purchaser until the agreed upon pick up date, when remaining amount (specified above) is due.
