THIS PURCHASE AND LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of July 25, 2011 (the “Effective Date”) by and between SMKY Asset Fund LLC, an Iowa limited liability company (“Lessor”), and Smoky Market Foods, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Lessee”). The Lessee or the Lessor may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.

AGREEMENT (“Fourth Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Euless, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas (“Lessor”) and DSE Hockey Centers, L.P. (“Lessee”), effective on the date last executed by the Parties hereto and amends that certain Purchase and Lease Agreement made and entered into on September 20, 1999, as previosly amended on May 9, 2000, September 8, 2014 and April 15, 2020 (collectively, the “Lease”). Licensor and Licensee are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or singularly as a “Party.”
