This Purchase Order Master Agreement (“Agreement”) is incorporated into and made a part of the mutually agreed upon purchase order (“Purchase Order”) between the parties. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Purchase Order, the terms of this Agreement shall control. This Agreement shall govern the purchase by Purchaser of products and/or services (“Products” and “Services”) from Seller as described in the Purchase Order. “Purchaser” and “Seller” are also identified in the Purchase Order.
