This Purchase, Sale and Joint Exploration Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of January, 2014, by and between Rangeford Resources, Inc., a Nevada corporation and (“Purchaser”), and Black Gold Kansas Production, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Seller”).
