These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between the purchaser of an NFT (defined below) (also referred to herein as “You” or “Your”) and (“Creator”), (You and Creator are the “Parties”), along with the Immutable Terms of Use and TikTok Terms of Use govern your purchase of NFTs as part of the site (“TikTok Site”) managed by TikTok, Inc. (“TikTok”) and hosted by Immutable, Inc. (“Immutable”) which may be sold by auction or fixed price (the “Sale”). The rights in the NFT sold to You are limited as provided below.
