THIS LICENSE AND SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between QOMPLX, Inc., a Delaware corporation having an address at 1775 Tysons Blvd, Suite 800, Tysons, VA 22102-4284, as well as any affiliates or subsidiaries (“QOMPLX”), and the business entity represented by the individual accepting this Agreement on its behalf and having an address as indicated in the applicable Order Form and/or SOW (or as otherwise provided to QOMPLX by Customer), as well as any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (“Customer”). QOMPLX and Customer may also be referred to herein each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” Capitalized terms used herein have the meanings set forth in Section 12 and as defined elsewhere in this Agreement.
