THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED QRS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT dated as of July 19, 2019 (this “Agreement”) is among OUTFRONT MEDIA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Media LLC”), as originator (in such capacity, the “Originator”) and as initial servicer (in such capacity, the “Servicer”), and OUTFRONT MEDIA RECEIVABLES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Buyer”).
