This Price Agreement is between the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Environmental Quality, hereafter called Agency or DEQ, and hereafter called Contractor. Contractor shall provide the goods and services shown in Exhibit A – Specifications at the Prices set forth in this Price Agreement.
