This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Carson City Culture and Tourism Authority, dba Visit Carson City, a Nevada county fair and recreation board (“CTA”) and , an individual (“Adventurer”), for Adventurer’s Carson City to Canada Quest. CTA and Adventurer may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
