WNYHHA and WROTBC have reached an agreement to conduct winter racing. The 16-day meet will begin on Thursday, January 4 and end Monday, February 26, 2024. Racing will be held on Mondays and Thursdays with post time at 3:00.

This Agreement is made and entered into between Championship Racing Association d/b/a ASA STARS National Tour (STARS), and:
