THIS AGREEMENT is made by and entered into between (AGENCY NAME) hereafter referred to as "Jurisdiction") and Lewis County (hereafter referred to as "County"). This Agreement is entered into pursuant to the Inter-local Cooperation Act, RCW Chapter 39.34. This Agreement is intended to provide for the efficient and economic management and servicing of the respective jurisdiction's radio communications equipment and systems.

This Agreement is entered into effective October 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the SCHOOL BOARD OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, a body politic and corporate (“School Board”) on behalf of the Duval County School Police (“School Police”), and THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, a municipal corporation in Duval County (the “City”).
