THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between Ragland Telephone Company, Inc. (“Ragland” or "Company") and the person or entity who makes use of Company's Internet services and/or products ("Customer") and outlines acceptable use of the Company’s Internet services and/or products (the “Service”). Use of the Service constitutes a Customer‘s agreement with Company to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), which sets forth specific actions that are prohibited by Company and applies to all users (the “Customer,” “user,” “you” and “your”) of the Service, without exception. This Agreement is in addition to any restrictions contained in Company’s Terms of Use and Conditions. All capitalized terms used in this Agreement that are not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use and Conditions.

This document, along with, as applicable, Service Application Form, Our Tariff and Acceptable Use Policy (Broadband) (collectively, the “Agreement”), describes the terms and conditions under which Ragland Telephone Company, Inc. (“Ragland”), its subsidiaries and affiliates, any other person or entity doing business as Ragland or Ragland Long Distance, and any agents of the aforementioned entities, including any billing agents (“Ragland”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), provide telecommunications, information and other services (“Service” or “Services”) and any related Equipment to you (“You” or “Your”) and constitutes the Agreement between you and Ragland. By applying for, subscribing to, using, or paying for the Ragland services described below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement, and that you agree to be bound by the charges, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
