CONTRACTRate and Services Agreement • April 17th, 2019
This Rate and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is with O.K.M. Private Limited, trading as Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort (the “Resort”) and the above named company (the “Company”) and sets out the terms and conditions on which the Resort will make villas at the Resort available to the Company for sale by the Company. This Agreement incorporates the understanding of the parties hereto, and there are no promises, terms, conditions or obligations oral or implied subsisting between the parties other than those contained herein.
