This membership agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between THE CENTER FOR CARE INNOVATIONS, a fiscally sponsored project of the Tides Center, a California 501(c)3 not-for-profit (“CCI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and any individual or entity who accepts this Agreement (“you”, “your”, “Applicant”) and is made as of the date of such Applicant’s acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.) Applicant understands and agrees that certain benefits described in this Agreement, including use of CCI’s hosted software testing hub known as Raven (“Raven”), are contingent upon: (a) Approval of Applicant and Applicant’s Software’s by CCI for suitability with Raven, in CCI’s sole discretion as described in Section 2(a); (b) Applicant’s contribution of the approved Software to Raven under the terms and conditions of this Agreement as described in Section 2(b); and (c) and Applicant’s review and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, CCI’s Privacy Policy, the Product Terms (as defined her
