The RCM Standard Terms and Conditions (Gastroenterology) hereinafter set forth, as amended from time to time (these “Terms and Conditions”), form a part of the Revenue Cycle Management Agreement (Gastroenterology) between Client and gMed (the “RCM Agreement” and together with these Terms and Conditions, this “Agreement”) and are hereby incorporated by reference into the RCM Agreement, without the need for further action. All capitalized terms set forth herein shall have the meaning set forth in the RCM Agreement unless expressly provided to the contrary herein.
