(1) Capt. M .S .Virdi, the Chairman,(2) Mr. Kumar Darira, the Secretary, (3) Dr. Rajesh Gokani, the Treasurer/ and/or the committee member being the authorized signatories, in pursuance to the resolution passed at the special general body meetings of the members of the society held on [•] (hereinafter referred to as the “Society”, which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors) of the ONE PART;
