RE-OPENER AGREEMENTRe-Opener Agreement • November 9th, 2016
In accordance with the provisions of Section 20.02 C of the 2016-2020 Collective Bargaining Agreement (“CBA”) between the parties, and the Federation having exercised its right to re-open the contract for renegotiation of salaries, supplements and benefits, the parties have met and renegotiated in good faith through their appointed representatives and hereby agree that the following revisions and amendments and modifications to the 2016-2020 CBA shall be effective from July 1, 2017 through the remainder of the CBA’s term.
