THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALEXANDER ZADERIKO (hereinafter referred to as “Client”), and CHRISTOPHER DAI, ESQ., offices located at 262 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, New York 10308 (hereinafter referred to as “Attorney”). Unless a different Agreement is made in writing, this Agreement alone shall govern Attorney’s and Client’s respective rights and responsibilities.
