This Real Mobile Agreement (“Agreement”) is between RealNetworks, Inc., located at 2601 Elliott Ave., Suite 1000, Seattle, Washington 98121 (“RN”), and Provider, as set forth below, and describes the terms and conditions under which Provider will provide Programming to RN for distribution as described herein. RN’s distribution of the Programming is subject to the Master Terms of Service (“MTS”) attached hereto as Exhibit A. All capitalized terms shall have the meaning set forth on the MTS.
