NBCUNIVERSAL RECEIVABLES FUNDING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Transferor”), GOTHAM FUNDING CORPORATION, as a Conduit (as defined herein), VICTORY RECEIVABLES CORPORATION, as a Conduit, MARKET STREET FUNDING LLC, as a Conduit, WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT CO., L.P., as a Conduit, THE BANK OF TOKYO-MITSUBISHI UFJ, LTD., NEW YORK BRANCH (“BTMU”), as a Bank (as defined herein) and an Investor Agent (as defined herein), PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“PNC”), as a Bank and an Investor Agent, MIZUHO CORPORATE BANK, LTD.
