("CMRS Provider") with offices at 2001 Edmund Halley Drive, Reston, VA 20191 and McLeodUSA Telecommunications Services, Inc. ("Carrier") with offices at 6400 C Street SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52406-3177. CMRS Provider and Carrier are each individually a "Party" and are together the "Parties" to this Agreement.

("Industry") with corporate offices at 17105 Fordtran Blvd, Industry, TX on behalf of itself and the Verizon Wireless Entities, as denoted on the Verizon Wireless Signature Page, individually and collectively doing business as Verizon Wireless ("Carrier"), each entity having a principal place of business at 180 Washington Valley Road, Bedminster, NJ 07921 . Industry and Carrier are each individually a "Party" and are together the "Parties" to this Agreement .
