This agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of 2017, by and between the Sunfield Municipal District, No. 1, Sunfield Municipal Utility District, No. 3 and Sunfield Municipal Utility District, No. 4, each being political subdivisions of the State of Texas, created and operating under the provisions of Chapters 49 and 54, Texas Water Code acting herein by and through their duly authorized officers and collectively referred to as the “Districts”, the City of Buda, Texas (“City”) and, where indicated for the purposes specified, the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority (“GBRA”), both being duly organized under the laws of the State of Texas, acting herein by and through its duly authorized officers, collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
