One of the most important responsibilities of the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township (MSDWT) is to maintain the confidentiality of all student records. As an employee of MSDWT, you are at all times required to treat every student record and the contents contained therein in a confidential and professional manner. Student records may only be disclosed to or discussed with individuals who are authorized to have access to student records. If you have any questions as to whether or not specific student information is confidential, contact your immediate supervisor for guidance. Below is a statement regarding your responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of student records. Please read the statement carefully and sign it.
