Coconino County, by and through its Parks and Recreation Department (herein referred to as CCPR) wishes to partner with Flag Velo, Inc. dba Flagstaff Biking Organization (FBO), an Arizona non-profit corporation, to plan, fund, and construct a public Bike Skills Park (Park) on County property at Fort Tuthill County Park.
