THIS RECYCLING SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of August 2023, by and between WASTE MANAGEMENT INC. OF FLORIDA. (“Company”), a Florida corporation with an office located at 1800 N. Military Trail, Suite 201, Boca Raton, FL 33431 and City of Cooper City (“Customer”), with a location at 9090 SW 50th Place, Cooper City, Florida 33328.
