This Agreement Regarding Redmond Street Rental Project (“Agreement”) is entered into on the day of , 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Jackson/Teton County Housing Authority, a duly created housing authority pursuant to Wyo. Stat. §15-10-116(b) (the “Housing Authority”) and the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust, a Wyoming nonprofit corporation (the “Housing Trust”). The Housing Authority and the Housing Trust are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
