This agreement is made and entered into by and between the Division of Extended Education at California State University, Los Angeles (hereinafter referred to as “EE-CSULA”) and <AGENT> (hereinafter referred to as “AGENT”), an international educational consulting company (hereinafter referred to as “AGENT”), for the purposes of referral of students for courses held by the English Language Program (ELP), through the Division of Extended Education at California State University, Los Angeles (Cal State L.A.).
