This Membership Agreement (this "Agreement") by and between Regenerative Travel Inc., operator of the Regenerative Travel ("RT") collection, a California benefit corporation and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees and independent contractors (collectively the "RT"), and the company named in the Agent of Change Membership Designation ("Agency") (individually "Party" or collectively, the "Parties") shall be effective as of the date of mutual execution by the Parties ("Effective Date").
