This Regular Savings Plan (“RSP”) Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a valid contract concluded on matters related to the RSP of the fund between the Bank and the Bank’s customer (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “investor” or “customer”). If you accept this Agreement by clicking “Confirm” on the Mobile App or web page or by other means (including but not limited to signing or signing confirmation, etc.), it means that the Bank and you have reached an agreement and agree to accept all the terms in this Agreement as well as the various rules, page prompts, operating procedures, announcements and notices that have been published or may be published in the future related to this Agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Agreement”).
