The purpose of this communiqué is to advise Child Care Information Services (CCIS) agencies that the Regulated Provider Agreement has been revised to include the requirement that the provider will not live in the home of the child receiving care. In addition, Appendix A of the Regulated Provider Agreement, Rules for Participation in the Subsidized Child Care Program has been revised to reflect the elimination of the non-traditional add-on which was effective October 1, 2011.
