The purpose of this regulation is to regulate the commercialization of insurance, minimum parameters of customer information and training requirements for individual and corporate insurance intermediaries intervening in the commercialization of insurance and other parties, in accordance with the stipulations of the Insurance Market Regulatory Law, Law 8653.
