This statement binds the registrant to ccTLD policy and the complaint resolution service. This REGISTRATION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into, by and between the .bw domain name registrant ("Registrant") and Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority “BOCRA”. Additional agreements, if any, may be entered into between the Registrant and accredited registrars relating to domain name services in the .bw TLD provided by such accredited registrars, provided that no such additional agreement may waive, alter, or supersede any provision of this Agreement. If there is any conflict between such additional agreements and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
