REIMBURSABLE SPACE ACT UMBRELLA AGREEMENT BETWEENReimbursable Umbrella Agreement • December 17th, 2020
This Reimbursable Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of providing Amazon with an opportunity to gain access to NASA subject matter expertise and unique facilities to develop and test spacecraft electric propulsion components to support Amazon's development activities. Such development and testing is consistent with NASA's mission, and activities conducted under this arrangement will involve certain goods, services, facilities, and/or equipment not commercially available in the U.S.
