This Reimbursement Agreement for Plug-In Electric Vehicle Charging Station Projects (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 28th day of March, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC (“Duke Energy”), and Town of Pittsboro, NC (“Performing Party”). Each of Duke Energy and Performing Party may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
