AGREEMENT AND JOINT ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS (this “First Amendment”) is dated as of March 22, 2019, and is entered into by and between WPT ACQUISITIONS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Buyer”), and each party listed on Schedule 1 attached hereto (individually, the “Respective Seller” and collectively, the “Seller”).
