IT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR THE PARTICIPANT (AND THE PARTICIPANT’S PARENT(S) OR LEGAL GUARDIAN(S), IF APPLICABLE) TO WAIVE AND RELEASE RELEASEES FROM LIABILITY FOR BODILY AND PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND ANY OTHER LOSS SUFFERED BY PARTICIPANT RELATED TO COVID-19 OR OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS, DISEASES, GERMS, BACTERIA, VIRUSES, INFECTIONS, OR MALADIES, AND/OR ANY MUTATION OR VARIATION THEREOF, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR LATER DISCOVERED, WHICH MIGHT OCCUR AS A RESULT OF MY BEING AT THE FACILITY OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT.

This Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims Agreement (“Agreement”) is agreed to as of the signature date below by the signatory (“Releasor”). The Agreement is entered for the purpose of releasing and waiving any and all claims arising from a visit to the property for sale located at 15435 Sierra Valle, Houston, Texas 77083 (“Property”).
