In consideration of being allowed to use the facilities, vessels, and participate in parasailing and other activities (collectively the “Activities”) provided by Headway Enterprises Inc.; Daytona Beach Parasail & Watersports LLC dba Daytona Beach Parasail; St Augustine Parasail LLC dba St Augustine Parasail; Cocoa Beach Parasail & Watersports LLC dba Cocoa Beach Parasail (the “Host”), the Participant hereby agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as follows:

In consideration of being allowed to use the facilities and participate in all activities (collectively the “Activities”) provided by Spring Valley Ski Ranch, L.L.C. and Spring Valley Homeowners Association, Inc. (the “Host”), the Participant, and the Participant’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) if the Participant is a minor, do hereby agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as follows:
