THIS REMITTANCE AND RELEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this 10th day of June 2019, by and among CR Holding Liquidating, Inc. f/k/a Charlotte Russe Holding, Inc. and certain of its affiliates1 (collectively, prepetition, the “Company” and post- petition, the “Debtor”), and The CIT Group/Commercial Services, Inc.
