Outlined in this agreement are your rights and responsibilities, as well as those of Associated Healthcare Credit Union (herein “Credit Union”) with regard to Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), which is intended to allow remote deposits into your checking or savings account by scanning checks or electronically transmitting a digital image of your paper check directly to the credit union’s designated processor. Original checks are converted to substitute checks, as defined by the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act. There is currently no fee for this service.
