This Agreement is incorporated into and becomes a part of the agreement governing your account(s). The terms and conditions in this Agreement govern and control to the extent that there is any conflict with the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement and disclosures governing your account(s). This Agreement is subject to the dispute resolutions provisions of the agreement(s) and disclosures governing your account, including the provisions addressing binding arbitration. Emblem Credit Union (EMBLEMCU) has the right to change this Agreement at any time by notice mailed to you at the address shown on the Credit Union's account records, by posting notice in branches, or as otherwise permitted by law.
